Hi everyone,
In the process of looking for the next contract, a friend referred me to
this mailing list. I only wish I knew about it years ago!
I'm a IT-leaning Technical Writer who focuses on the user's experience.
I also understand that people access information in specific ways,
always keeping that in mind when the scope of a job allows me to make
recommendations.
Now that I know this list exists, I'll be contributing and helping
whenever I can. I look forward to it.
