Dear Stuart,
Sorry for the delay, have been busy. The answer is: most!
Obviously the introduction of InDesign was the first obvious, major bite
into FM's space. Other nibbles include:
* Acrobat was fitted much closer to MS Office and other authoring packages
* Acrobat fitted for collaboration
* ISICopy to make editable docs from PDFs
* LiveCycle - hell, ya dox can be made with notepad!
* GoLive - works in combo with many of the above to provide web-ready
document solutions, previously the sole domain of Mif2Go + FM.
