I assume you mean online help.

I use SAP rarely, but get stuck (maybe 80% of times and this is probably
becoz I use it so rarely.  Just then, I had to get my password reset and
needed to call the helpdesk).
When stuck, I call the SAP helpdesk in this organisation.  Lovely people.

I might try the online stuff, now that I know it's there.

Hi all

I'm doing a capacity planning exercise as part of a help project for an SAP
implementation at Coles Myer. The objective is to see whether additional
infrastructure is needed to implement the help.

I'd appreciate any guidance on coming up with reasonable estimates for the
following:

1. The % of SAP user sessions where a user will bother to access help. My
guess is 5%.

2. The % of help user sessions where a user will try to access a CBT module
covering a particular part of the system. My guess is 30%.
