Many years ago my brother was a clerk in a government department.
They got a sick leave form from one of the country offices.
The condition was simply listed as "the dreaded Broome lurgy".

Apparently this is a recognised condition in that region.
It often occurs when a particularly nice day coincides with
an extreme reluctance to be inside an office wearing shoes.

My brother's colleagues processed the request out of admiration
for the guy's honesty and sympathy for his condition.
