Along those lines (and perhaps less likely to be misinterpreted as
patronising), how about "Just to make sure I'm being clear", or "Because I
want to make my points clear"...?

As I understand it, the point of the heading is to indicate that the
content
that follows reiterates key information in summary form. I would
therefore
suggest something like:
"To reinforce..."
or
"To reinforce key points..."
or
"To reinforce key principles..."
or if you prefer to use the present participle form of the verb:
"Reinforcing key points"
or
"Reinforcing key principles"
I share your distaste for "Just let me ram it home..." - vulgar and
inappropriate.
