atw: Re: General question

The two things that come readily to mind are to run "disk defragmenter"
(very important to do regularly, to free up space), and the other is to run
a search on your system for all temp files - search using *.tmp - then
delete everything and empty your trash can too. Also run "disk clean up".

Apologies if I'm being a bit obvious, but sometimes people forget to do
these things.

Disk clean up and Disk Defrag can both be found under the "start menu" > All
Programs > Accessories > System Tools

May not help with your document problem, but worth doing anyway, to keep
your PC clean.

Good luck
Caz
