Have you tried Nvu or Kompozer?

Actually, SeaMonkey, Kompozer, Nvu, and a bunch of others do not seem to have heard of XHTML, let alone XHMTL 1.1 (with optional SVG and MathML). Yep, it is HTML 4.0! So I am banging away in <oXygen/> at the moment.

I'll let you know how I get on. Downloading HTML Kit 292 at the moment and will try tomorrow.
