Notepad++ seems to do a decent job of opening up and working on all kinds of files used with websites - HTML, XML, PHP etc. I use it regularly for editing website content for some websites I currently manage. Plus, its free! However, you can upload your page/site to the Voda Site Hosting Service just like that. How nice of them! So, can anyone recommend a free or inexpensive webpage and website editor/manager somewhat more advanced than Notepad?
