Sounds pretty silly, but on the face of it, the silliness doesn't seem to be=
implied as a
part of the ITEA concept (although that seems to have its own brand of=
silliness in confusing
stages). In fact there are some areas you nominated that sound as if they=
are in breach of the requirements
for an ITEA anyway, so you were right to try to clarify and tell them to=
forget it when they wouldn't
negotiate... (always a preferred response to legal idiocy).
