That's a long story ...
But was meaning to reply to Christine's email re using Outlook
Notes - love a good project/life/priority management system.
I have been using Plan Plus (www.FranklinCovey.com) which I think
is similar. I want to do a course in it and use it more
effectively though. It allows you to create tasks and prioritise
them under different projects, life goals etc; so when I get flat
out on proposals, I then go back and look at my projects/goals -
and look at what I should be looking at next. So it's great for
people like Christine and I who have multiple customers, projects,
and shifting priorities.
In terms of monitoring the status of different jobs though, like
Christine demonstrated with her system - I'm not sure that it
would do that as well as the system she's using.
Anthony Robbins has a similar system - but it's not as good (I
think he based it on the Franklin Covey method.)
Anyway, back to my tender proposal... aaaaah.
(not currently ditched)
