Because their heads are constantly canted forwards from the constant thwacks
to the back of their heads they get as kids...
Hence their necks are always exposed to the sun, and they are too stoopid to
use sunscreen or hats.

The Beaconsfield pub is for sale as well - if anyone fancies a sea change
and a move to redneck territory.  

Beaconsfield is just down the road from Georgetown (home to Comalco,
Basslink and the proposed pulp mill), where the air is unbreathable even on
a very windy day and the men drive beat up white utes with fat wheels, and
have thick red necks - spooky!  

Now why is it that rednecks have red necks?
