The Beaconsfield pub is for sale as well - if anyone fancies a sea change
and a move to redneck territory.  

Beaconsfield is just down the road from Georgetown (home to Comalco,
Basslink and the proposed pulp mill), where the air is unbreathable even on
a very windy day and the men drive beat up white utes with fat wheels, and
have thick red necks - spooky!  

Now why is it that rednecks have red necks?

I did but only because I noticed that Tasmania was included in the
address at the bottom. Somehow Beaconsfield didn't register but Tasmania
did.
