Ahh, that would be the same Telstra whose technician connected my broadband to the wrong phone line, despite my partner telling him not to connect to the disused fax line. She then got me to confirm the mistake after he ignored her. He ignored me, too.
Then the tech connected the old fax line to the external line so we lost our internal phone lines. It took two weeks for them to come and correct that issue, now they say the modem doesn't work. Four weeks down the track, we still can't use phones and broadband at the same time.
They came twice saying they didn't need anyone to be at home to repair the fault, then made an appointment for the evening (confirmed by SMS) that they didn't (and "couldn't" ) keep.
So I then had to take a day off work (lost income = 12 months broadband contract) to be home so they could come and get the lines corrected and tell me the modem they supplied was dodgy. 

Great work. No wonder Sol gets paid so much!!
