or to www.iinet.net.au and look for naked broadband.
You get a VOIP phone, ADSL2+, and free national and mobile calls within Oz
for 50 bucks a month. I don't know whther exchanges in Tassie are equipped
for it though.
For 60 a month, Virgin offers the same thing but wireless.

Optus and Vodaphone are supposed to be coming out withthe same thing.
