atw: Re: FM6: Should we blank a left-hand trailing page?

I have seen some American tech manuals where a new chapter always
starts on an odd-numbered page. Any previous chapter finishing on an
odd-numbered page is followed by a page with this message:
'This page intentionally left blank'.

The message is usually at either the top or the bottom of the page,
allowing the reader full reign to fill the page with creative doodles. Not so
useful for online manuals in .pdf.

Brian.

BTW, techies, can we attenuate the tails to just what is relevant?
