I love this kind of situation. No matter what you do, someone will disagree with you and give you a perfectly valid reason for that disagreement. :-) Craig's colleague likes to remove the last page header because "it looks like an error". Luke prefers to leave the header there because if it is removed "someone reads the chapter and is left wondering if there was ment to be anything on the page and there has been a problem with the printer." My preference is to leave headers and footers on blank pages, especially in Word, for reasons of simplicity and file stability. There were no headers or footers on blank pages of textbooks from all four of the publishers I checked in this office. My suggestion is to check the corporate style guide. What does AGPS say?
