atw: Re: Document Control

Having CVS running on some Unix/Linux server 'somewhere' and using WinCVS on
the MS desktop/laptop to up/download is easy to do and it is Open Source and
so available 'as is' off the 'net. Non-pure text is stored as a binary file
(e.g. MS-Word files) and it is all easy to use with reasonably robust
version control. It depends on if you need to save money or not ;-)
