Oh, and for the Word thing? Captivate outputs to Word. It's not pretty
(large files, one slide per page, all inside multiple nested tables) and
there's not a lot you can do with it, but you can get Word output.=20

There are several tools that capture the screen + the actions -
Captivate (from Adobe) for one, plus Camtasia (from Techsmith), and
other freeware varieties. Each does something a little different.
Captivate can also allow you to create simulations (not just
demonstrations), and can link in to a SCORM-compliant database. =3D3D20
Is that more along the lines of what you were thinking??

Does any one have advice on what software is the most effective and
affordable to capture screen shots and generate the steps and keystrokes

INFOPAK
=3D =3D3D and would =3D3D3D not consider it again. It's too expensive,
cumbersome and =3D has =3D3D a complete disrespect for Styles.
