I use Snag-it for screen shots and develop my own steps. Snag-it is
available from http://www.techsmith.com/ for about $50

Does any one have advice on what software is the most effective and
affordable to capture screen shots and generate the steps and keystrokes to
help develop IT training manuals in WORD ? I have used INFOPAK and would not
consider it again. It's too expensive, cumbersome and has a complete
disrespect for Styles.
