Making Booklets with Macros
There is an explanation for this at MVPS.org. Richard Keijzer and Dave
Rado have contributed an article to the Microsoft Word MVP FAQ Site.

Making Booklets with the Photocopier
This is my favourite - less can go wrong. I simply print the document
and use the in-built function of the copier to create a booklet. If your
copier does not have this facility you will need to use the macro method.
