atw: Re: Cross-referencing in Word

I _always_ set a real bookmark to the heading, as the dynamic reference can
change, breaking the link. To view the 'hidden' bookmarks, load Insert >
Bookmark and set the Show Hidden Bookmarks checkbox. Hidden barkmarks are
merely bookmarks prefixed with a _ if you wish to use the facility yourself.
