You could write an automacro that will fire off whenever a new doc is
created from the template.

Hi All

I am stuck trying to figure out how to create a Word form that will
launch
a series of prompt boxes that will ask the user to enter info (eg name,
occupation, address). My searches of Word help and Google are leading me
to
think this has something to do with ASK fields but after fiddling with
them
(and FILLIN fields) for the best part of an hour I have to declare
defeat.
I know I am missing something really simple and obvious but that
Ahhhh-Slap-Forehead moment hasn't yet struck.

Could someone please point me to the right place in Word help (or
elsewhere) that will enlighten me?
