If I were paying for it myself I'd probably just buy JoAnn's excellent book
Managing Your Documentation Projects, on which the course is based.

If your company is prepared to send you, I'm sure you'd get a lot of value
from it. I did two of her other courses (UI design and Minimalist Docs) and
they were very good. If you happen to get a copy of the book to take away
from the course, you have the best of both worlds.
