I need a couple of technical writers experienced in producing responses to RFTs 
(preferably RFTs issued by the Federal government). This is an enormous tender 
(billions of dollars) relating to the Australia-wide distribution of broadband 
services. So a little telco knowledge would help. But your writing skills, and 
your imagination in presenting material in an attention-grabbing manner, are of 
more importance.
