Hi Howard -- there's also the point that Word / Acrobat offers at least
three ways to make a PDF: 1 use the button or menus that Acrobat installs, 2
"print" straight to PDF, 3 "print" to a ps file, then distill to a PDF. So,
my basic suggestion: try a different method. They all have their own ways in
which you specify page size, which aren't too hard to find. I some time ago
settled on how to make PDFs in Word (and Frame, different of course), and
forget exactly what went wrong when I used the alternatives but as is often
the way it was just easier to use the method that works.
