My sincerest apologies Michael, I had forgotten there was another
Michael L(ewis) on the list.

No, I do not recall you ever being nasty or abusive. :)

The one I had in mind went off to form his own little list strictly for
his brand of Melbourne technical writers some five or six years ago
(from memory). He was a particularly nasty piece of work and caused many
problems for a while.

Again, my apologies for casting aspersions, even if by accident.
