The stuff I have been doing lately in my own business includes
* website for www.ak.com.au
* analysing customer requirements for potential 'proof of concept'
developments for Microsoft using SharePoint 2007.
* basic business documentation for ak
* lua scripting for event driven client automation (programming)
* small Word tools for local businesses (eg Prompter, to prompt the author
to select boilerplates from lists to create a document)

We have a requirement for an experienced technical writer to:
1. review and update existing service desk procedural and reference
documents 2. develop a service desk manual
The ideal applicant will be:
1. self-motivated
2. have a good eye for detail
3. work well with a busy team and be comfortable with tight time frames when
interviewing subject matter experts
In additional knowledge of ITIL would be an advantage.
