atw: Re: CV help: In administration?

Unless the company themselves have stated through letterhead and in the 
press that they are in "Administration," don't use it.
The company has run out of cash flow, simple as that, it was a financial 
problem, not  a legal one when you left.
I assume you would get a favourable review or reference from them?

I know the problem you can have though. My former longer term role was 
with a division of a company (Tyco) that has decimated it since I left, 
150 or so to less than 12! And all my past managers have been scattered to 
the four winds. The consequence is that I cannot verify any of the work I 
did there! Bummer.
