atw: Re: CV help: In administration?

When a company goes into administration, it's a formal insolvency =
process where an administrator is appointed and various rules and regs =
are (supposed to be) followed.

So unless they have formally declared themselves as insolvent, you might =
be better off describing it as a "restructure", or perhaps just write it =
in plain english: "due to financial issues".

Subject: atw: CV help: In administration?

Hello everyone,=20
I need some help with some wording for my CV, I worked for a small =
business and unfortunately they could not continue employing me because =
they have huge financial problems and may lose the business. A friend =
mentioned that she thought there is a term that explains this for a =
r=E9sum=E9, she thought it was, 'in administration'. Can anyone verify =
this is the correct phrase for me to use?

Many thanks,

Tracy
