How outstandingly "centre of the universe-ish" of you.  Other people
think, feel and respond differently from you, have different needs,
different priorities, and even continue to exist when you can't see
them.  Most appreciate having jobs posted on the list.  At the very
least we should be gracious to those who post them - they are performing
a service and commit no crime.

I'm only interested in permanent jobs. Why would I give up a permanent
job, even at a lower hourly rate, for a six-month contract? It just
doesn't make sense. Tech writers have mortgages, too.

Rate: $ 70.00 p.hour

Length: 6 months

 

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading financial institution
as a Business Analyst / Technical Writer. You will be joining a fast
paced and dynamic environment and be involved in a variety of projects. 

 

You will be responsible for rewriting and maintaining documents about
superannuation and insurance products, produce detailed specifications
and define information and business requirements specifically for
customer communications. 

 

You will be involved in developing business requirement documents,
determine data & business rules for generating documents, identify &
analyse risks and write the content & design new customer focussed
documents. 

 

Key Requirements:

 

* Previous Business Analysis experience
* Strong technical / customer writing capability
* Solid understanding and application of the system development
life-cycle
* Exposure to customer communications an advantage
* Understanding of Autograph an advantage
* Financial Services experience an advantage
