You jest, but it only has to be unique in the computer
industry. Which is why, for example, that Apple Records
was able to win a settlement against Apple Computer in
1991 when Apple computers started to be able to play music

The problem with the Windows trademark is that "windows"
is a term used in computing. (This is why MS Word, for
example, is not and cannot be trademarked.)
