Not really. BC does two main things:
- compare the list of files in two folders
- compare the contents of two similar text files
There are a few plug-ins to allow you to compare non-text files such as binary data files, MP3s and images, but I haven't tried these myself.
There are dedicated tools for comparing PDF and Word files (e.g. google "compare pdf files").
