If you're producing more than output format (Help, HTML, print/PDF, and in
my case, also BookManager and ASCII) it's not always possible to exercise
too much fine control over formatting and presentation. Often the best you
can do is to check each different output, fix the main problems, and take a
little more care over whichever output format is considered primary.
