Adaware and spybot are hopeless. SpySweeper.

Microsoft's antispyware is pretty good...I used to use both Adaware and
Spybot regularly on my computer to flush out the nasties - I very
suspiciously tried Microsoft's antispyware when it came out and it found
about 10 spyware programs that the other's hadn't!

It works beautifully, updates itself and checks my puter every night at 2am
to give me a fresh toasted report every morning...but wait...it ain't all
roses. This is on just one computer. On the other (also XP Pro SP2) it goes
to 100%CPU usage in a short time and then stays there frozen...this has
happened repeatedly and I can't seem to solve the problem. It's useless on
that puter. It could be possible that a 20GB file and a few 10GB files on my
puter are killing it (unfortunately I can't easily move them elsewhere at
this point to test this). The other possibility could be a stuffed SP2
install (common occurence).
