atw: Re: Anyone set-up modular NetHelp projects?

It's been quite a few years since I authored help (unfortunately), but I 
vaguely recall coming across this problem once before. I think the solution I 
found was to link the "book" placeholder to the first topic within the book, 
usually an 'About' topic.
