Re. your issues with 18th century capitalisation...

When using Word for WinDoze (or MS-DROSS for that matter)
selecting a word, sentence, paragraph, whatever, then pressing
Shift+F3 toggles the case between upper. lower and title case.

Where you select the end marker of a table cell and do likewise, Word
toggles the case of everything in the table cell at once.

Very handy once you get the hang of it.

But be sure to view the paragraph markers or view all, or you could drive
yourself nuts with this when changing tables.
