I'm not sure I agree Dennis. I'm currently working for the NSW Ambulance
which has limited funds. The agency I am working through is charging the
ambulance four times what they are paying me. Because the ambulance has
limited funds they are expecting me to provide effort which is four times
more than what I am being paid for. In addition, in return for the money
they are charging, the agency provided nothing in terms of advice as to how
to best use the resources they were supplying to bring the project to a
successful conclusion. Instead I had to supply that, even though the agency
insisted I lower my rate because I didn't have to supply advice or write
documents, only show up and train. Sounds like serious extortion to me. To
my mind, good business is acting in an ethical manner and supplying
something for the money.

Firstly, it's not your client - it's the agency's client.

I don't care if the stoe paid only $1 for the widget. i was happy with the
price, paid it, and thats the end of the matter.
