Hi all,
Christine's original suggestion was to write a document identifying our
skill sets and send it round to recruiters. She suggested we do this as
one day facilitation exercise at a conference. I imagined we could do it
as a small group (including 2-3 recruiters), base it on what the
recruiters thought they might require and publish the results for review
by the list before distributing to recruiters. Either way, that is all I
have the time to do.
Perhaps later in the year I will have time to do a complete 9-step
analysis and a full accreditation scheme but currently, I have too much
work ramping up in March and April. I also do not understand why we need
to start from scratch with an accreditation scheme. If the scheme
developed by the Westies has flaws, which it must because you've all
detailed them, then let's work on eliminating the major flaws and then
allow the minor ones to be ironed out in the implementation. But I can't
see much value to throwing out all that hard work and starting again.
If you want the 9-step analysis and the detailed program, I'm afraid I
can't help. I can help with a small working group to develop a short
document to assist recruiters.

I must admit that I agree 100% with Jean on this.
