atw: Re: ASTC members meeting: 'Running effective meetings'

Find someone from UTS (staff) it is in their library - or was while I was
there.
Probably other libraries have it as well - maybe even a local library can
get it for you.

Subject: atw: ASTC members meeting: 'Running effective meetings'

Greetings

For our members meeting of 23 Feb, we're planning a=20
presentation on running more effective and efficient=20
meetings. Meetings are a necessary evil of corporate life;=20
most of us will spend years of our lives in meetings.

The presentation should be of use and interest to both=20
tech communicators and their associates.

As part of the presentation we would like to use the=20
John Cleese training video 'Meetings, bloody meetings'.
However, the rental cost of the video is $340.

If we can get 15 people to commit to attending, we will=20
go ahead and rent the video, otherwise, we will still run=20
the members meetiing as planned but not have the John=20
Cleese film as part of it.

Any takers? Please reply (on- or off-list as you wish).
