Hi Geoffrey -
Thanks for posting the list of writing courses.
I would normally have been pretty interested in the Scientific Writing
course, but from the list of topics in the brochure it looks as though
more than half of it is TW 101. I can see this would be invaluable for
someone without a TW background, but it should be bread-and-butter for
most of us austechies.
Have you considered making the courses more modular? Say, a one-day
course on the basics of technical and factual writing that would be an
optional precursor to the science writing course and your other TW courses.
I'd be happier to spend (figuratively and financially) one or two days
on a straight science writing course without the grammar and punctuation
refresher.
