It is one of the most amateurish attempts at spin I have had the privilege
to read...

Unbelievable. That anyone would try to foist this on an industry like ours.
Clearly the writer has no idea about who or what sort of people she/the
company are dealing with.

Here is an official response from the Director of Product Management
responsible for RoboHelp:

"We have made some changes to the number of development resources dedicated
to RoboHelp."

I believe this is their tactful way of saying that it has changed from a
positive number to zero.
