atw: Re: "50 Years of Stupid Grammar Advice"

While we're at it, we might as well teach them some rudimentary maths like the times tables and simple adding and subracting. How often do the folk at the cash register get befuddled when I give the small coins and notes so I can get bigger notes as change?! Or they're amazed 'cos I've got the right money when buying a few items of known price.

Sadly Gen-X and Gen-Whiners are barely literate. There is even less hope
for the Millenniums and iGen's. A copy of EOS wouldn't do them any harm at
all, compared to what they're doing now. For most though, the opportunity
has already been lost.
