atw: Printing comments out on Word doc

Hi everyone

I was wondering if there is a way to print out a doc with the comments 
included. I thought it was possible and was also told it was possible but when 
I tried yesterday, it didn't work. In short, the comments stayed on the screen 
and not the printed copy. Am I going mad to think this could happen or is it 
that I'm not doing something right?
