atw: Powerpoint to web pages

Hi David,

I seem to recall that the later versions of PowerPoint come with a 'pack'
option (or something similar to that), which enable you to bundle up the
whole presentation with a copy of PowerPoint Viewer, so that anyone can view
it. Produces quite big files though...
