Technical Writer


        - 3-6mth contract term - city based 

        - $500-625 per day 

        - Immediate opportunities 

Mitchellake is representing an interesting business transformation project for 
a large Telco and we are seeking a number of Technical Writers with experience 
in writing instructor guides for users and instructors, and other training 
materials.

The Role:

â As a Technical Writer you will develop new work instructions which are 
driven from end to end business processes
â Review and document existing work instructions and include step by step 
detail for the purpose of publishing into html loading into a Content 
Management System (CMS)
â Quality review existing work instructions, and complete any gaps within the 
process
â Develop end to end reference based training guides, which will include 
process and system elements
â Create scenario based training, referencing work instructions for step by 
step process detail.

Desirable Experience Pedigree:

â Competency based training course development experience, including 
framework and learning outcomes
â Ability to develop and structure work instructions based on numerous 
documentation sources
â Solid knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS)
â Ability to interpret technical documentation (process, entity relationship 
diagrams, report specifications, etc.)
â Ability to creatively devise training programs using innovative training 
techniques, to engage and motivate learners
â Technical Writing experience in the Telecommunication sector is desirable 
â Ability to work to tight deadlines, and attention to detail, 
â Able to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the 
organisation
