atw: Post-cyclone report from Airlie Beach

Since so many subscribers on this list know me and where I live, I belatedly realised I should tell you that Cyclone Larry brought gale-force winds and a reasonable amount of rain to Airlie Beach, but nothing worse. We're just at the southern edge of the affected area.

Now we're keeping an eye on Cyclone Wati, which is hovering around offshore. It's forecast to head slowly south, paralleling the coast, so probably it will just mean more winds and rain. We're all hoping the rain extends far enough inland to fill the dam for our water supply.
