atw: Pointing the Finger and Seeing Red

Does anyone know offhand of a good light-hearted look at cultural
differences in symbolism on the web somewhere - the types of things we need
to be aware of when communicating with an international audience.  I've
cruised around the web and can only find academically erudite treatises that
take 20 pages to tell us not to point the finger.  I know there is a funny
one somewhere.
