atw: Opening PDF bookmarks in a web browser

Hi austechies,
 
Can someone give me a clue on how I can get a PDF, called from a web page,
to open with the bookmarks showing?
 
When I open the PDF directly from my desktop, the bookmarks appear (as per
my Initial View settings). If I open it from a web page (so that it opens in
a web browser), the bookmarks don't appear (although I can manually display
them). If I save the document from the web page and then open it from where
I saved it, the bookmarks appear.
