Channel 9 ran a (quite good) documentary about the so-called
Moon Hoax a couple of weeks ago. One of the leading proponents
of the hoax theory is Bill Kaysing, who was listed as "Manager
of Technical Publications, Rocketdyne" (wince). Elsewhere he's
described as a technical editor, technical writer, or 'cataloger'.
