Does anyone know how to (or does anyone have e-mail software that can) _exclude_ people when you send an e-mail to a team or department? For example, if I receive an e-mail that I want to forward to 8 out of 10 people in the R&D team, I want to be able to specify "R&D team" in the "To:" field and then specify "Bob" and "Jane" in the (fictional) "Exclude:" field. (I _could_ set up an e-mail distribution list called "R&D team except Bob and Jane", but of course that's inflexible -- next week I might want to forward an e-mail to a different subset of the team.) Currently, in the "To:" field, I manually specify all 8 people I want to forward the e-mail to, but of course that's slow and error-prone. (I use Outlook 98 at work and Mozilla Thunderbird at home.) Maybe somebody out there knows of e-mail software that can do what I'm after, or a trick to achieve the same result?
